Booking Policy
We Require Deposits
All appointments require you to sign our service agreement by text or email within 24 hours of booking. We require a deposit within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment, if we do not receive your deposit, we will revoke your spot. Deposit amount is the full base price for grooming. We have the right to add any additional costs for grooming. To prevent being billed for a groom you don't intend to show up for you MUST call to cancel 48 hours before your scheduled time. Text messages are not an acceptable way to cancel an appointment. If you text to cancel you will still be billed. Our team is busy working and cannot answer texts as easily as we can a call. We appreciate your understanding and support.
